    Best prop/pitch 190 with a 175 HPDI

An acquaintance of mine has a 2013 Blazer Pro-V 190 with a 2013 HPDI with jackplate. Prop shaft set 2 inches below pad. He is running a Fury 24 pitch @5200 rpms and gets at most 67mph. I have owned 2 different 202's and thought with this being a lighter rig it would get a considerable amount more top end. At least higher rpms. Motor has a little over 100 hours on it and runs great. Any suggestions on how to get some more speed? Best prop/pitch? We used to run in the upper 80's
/low 90's with the 202's and miss the excitement of going a little faster. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The 190/175 properly set up might run low 70s. 25 T-1 or 24 TXP prop at 1.5 to 1in below the pad.
