How old are the batteries and did you charge them all the way up before you went out? Bob
Tell me where has a slow movin' once quick draw outlaw got to go
What size Optimas, and was whoever checked them familiar with the unusual voltage of Optimas?

Group34 l think also 2 years old and bought new minn Kota battery charger For agm battery’s 2 months old
Trolling motors don't consistently go bad after 3hrs of use. I would say the batteries capacity is not as much as it once was. Means a bad battery. Next time you go fishing, check each battery with a voltmeter. After being out for 3hrs and trolling motor gets weak, check each battery again. I'm guessing you will have one that is substantially less.
