I tied up a real pretty preacher style hair jig, set up a rod for it, braid to flouro, first cast the FG knot hung on the TWS, and I shot it at a house! Thump! Out comes home owner, looking around. Forgot about the Daiwa TWS on the Diawa and knots! Should have put it on a Curado. If the homeowner looks in his bushes, he will have a real nice jig!
It happens...
Had a co-angler in a team tournament throw a fish back with the culling tag still attached. As for throwing things in the lake I have never purposely done it but I have thrown some pliers on the deck that have bounced into the water.

Yup...I’ve done it more times than I care to think about.
Dropped a very expensive compound bow out of a tree stand in a similar manner. Had my rope in one hand, bow in the other. Instead of tying the rope to the bow before lowering it to the ground, I just dropped the bow. 20 feet. You want to talk about a sick feeling. Fortunately no major damage.
