Length on Trailer

Could someone give me the full length on trailer with tongue open and motor down, or just tell me if 24' is deep enough for a garage, I think I already know the answer but just checking. Pretty sure its gonna be closer to 26. Thanks

I think mine is 25.x" with the tongue folded and motor trimmed down with a 10" JP. I will check again today and confirm. But I'm 99% sure that 24' is not enough.

mine will not fit in 24' even with folding tongue.
25 would bump at at very best.

Mine measures 24' 2" with tongue folded. You could possibly SQUEEZE it into a 24' space with the outboard turned but it'll be tight

Keep in mind a 24x24 garage is really 23x23 because you lose the width of the 2x4 on both sides. Unless its got 2x6 walls then you lose 5.75 on each wall.

I stand corrected. I just measured and with the tongue folded away as far as it can I’m at 23’8”. Like kdawg stated, a builders prints are usually outside measurement. Better check that. I’m in the process of building and I noticed that

Yeah I measured mine diagonal, only way it would remotely work, but I don't think I am going to have the room for the width at the back of the boat either using the corners of the garage. What really sucks is I gave up a house I built myself in the country with a detached 32x28 garage so the wife could have a new house in a neighborhood in a city. The things we do.

Hey man I feel for ya. Before you give up are you sure you can't squeeze it in corner to corner?? A dual set of go-jacks will do wonders. All 4 under all 4 wheels and you can put tha tsucker wher ya want it. I know cuz I did it in a garage that otherwise I would not have made it fit by trying to back it in with the vehicle

Or, better yet, what I'm doing right now before we get our house built is renting a storage unit to store my boat. It's large enough to actually store all my tools and tool chests and all my tackle stuff. and I even have a little room in the back for an exercise area cuz of this chinese virus crap.

Allyfishing, thought about that too. The worst part of the whole house thing was, I sold a mint 2017 Skeeter ZX250 that I put 10,000 more in upgrades to get this new house.
