    I don't think they can stop making parts and honoring warranties . They are still a solvent company. The lawsuits would bankrupt them.

    The warranty is between BRP and the owner.

    BRP is a going concern. A reputable company. There should not be any doubt about the continuation of the warranty coverage.

    Only issue that I can see is perhaps finding an Evinrude dealer if and when one is needed.
