I don't think they can stop making parts and honoring warranties . They are still a solvent company. The lawsuits would bankrupt them.

The warranty is between BRP and the owner.
BRP is a going concern. A reputable company. There should not be any doubt about the continuation of the warranty coverage.
Only issue that I can see is perhaps finding an Evinrude dealer if and when one is needed.

Dose not sound much different than my childhood in Indiana. We built our own motocross track and lived by the river. We were riding or fishing and had a great time.
Loved the smell of Castrol oil coming out of a 2 stroke motor.
We ran Suzuki's and Johnson motors. Wow those were the times.
5 bucks would put enough gas/oil in the tanks to outlast daylight.....
