Power Pole Blade keep raising on their own

Here one that’s different. Did a search but didn’t come up with much.

Pair of 8’ blades, CM1 pumps. One of the pumps intermittently will run for 2 seconds every few minutes. Didn’t realize what it was until one day on the water, I deployed them and that pump is raising the pole back up in 4” increments until its stowed and then might keep kicking on every now and again. But it’s not all the time. Might do it 12 times in a row, then nothing for 20 minutes, then 2 times, then nothing for an hour, then 65 times in a row. I borrowed an android phone and updated the firmware, but that didn’t clear it up. Also pulled the batteries on the lanyard remotes and it continued as well.

Any advice on how to trouble shoot it?

If you checked ALL remotes then swap the boards and caps from one pump to the other. You may find the issue follows the board/cap.

If so faulty board and cap

Moisture in a remote can cause activation

above advice is spot on! def look for moisture in the remotes, as well as the dash switch or foot buttons if you have them
