15 4 stroke water pump issue

0T740337 Ordered a new complete water pump assembly by the serial number.The parts arrived and they are not the same as the old parts. I looked it up and the numbers say they are correct. The parts guy says there is some confusion here as there could be a possibility of 2 different lower units on this motor. He is checking into this and will get back to me. It's fairly obvious that this motor has never been apart before. I would appreciate some clarification on this issue. Thanks!
BTW,the tag says it is a 2003 model.

Your engine is not a bigfoot model- so it requires 42089A5 (if you want a complete kit).
