    HVAC- Miller Heatpump

    Interested in buying house with a Miller Heat Pump. I have never heard of this brand. Anyone have experience with a Miller Heatpump ?

    I had not heard of them I Googled. The unit that shows when you open Google link looks identical to the American Standard unit sitting at my house. Go figure?

    It is made by Nordyne, which makes several other brands.

    Worked 30+ in industry haven’t seen that brand before but may be renamed brands are made by known manufacturers. Years ago (20) there was only 2 - 3 manufacturers of a horizontal furnace and when you bought one you received 3 labels to put what brand you sold. Most are all made of same components only problem you may run into would be warranty issues if you couldn’t find a dealer online. There are several different ones that are now sold online that have unknown or not normal HVAC brand. How it is installed will be more important than the brand.

    Gitcha a Goodman unit. Mine have been flawless and bumping 20 years of operation. Oh crap I probably just doomed myself.
