Did any of you guys that bought a boat if i recall in the 2004-2013ish range get a check in the mail at all? I guess there was a lawsuit from some fees they werent supposed to be charging or something like that. We had bought ours in 2008 but have yet to recieve anything. Just wondering if any of you guys have?

It won't affect me since I bought mine in 2018 but the suit is related to the collection of document fees which is prohibited by Missouri. From the article it seems that Tracker applied it on a nationwide basis.

Interesting, this is the first time I have heard about this. Mine is a 2011, wonder how this will play out?
I bought my 190 in 2012 and received a check two weeks ago for 3X the document fee plus interest = $153.42.
