On my tanden axle 08 ZX200, same trailer as Zx225 back then. 2 bunks are 110" long & 2 are 58"long. Both are about 4" wide. I replaced mine with 2x4's but they are slightly narrower but work.

Thanks fish. I thought mine were 2x4 as well. Headed to Table Rock this weekend for 2 weeks and while the boat is off the trailer I thought I would go ahead and replace the bunks and carpet. I was looking for the size to order the carpet but ended up ordering plenty. Best
