ranger live well switch electrical issue

Hello. I have a 2018 520L with Lowrance NMEA. My livewell pumps come on by themselves sometimes and the switch on the keypad will not work (it lights indicating the pumps are on). The only way I can turn the pumps off is on my Lowrance graph. Had it to the dealer but they say ranger will not return their calls because they are short staffed. any help is appreciated.

I’m clueless on pumps wired through NMEA, but you could also try posting on the electrical/wiring forum.
