Just got home from vacation ....the 2000 280 pro had a 29 gallon capacity. I would assume the same for the 01. Other info from the 2000 brochure...
Length...17' 3"
Beam...89"
HP range...115-150
Approx weight....1150 lbs

Thank you so much for all that info. If the HP rating is the same for 2001, seems I'm under powered: YAMAHA 90HP. Well there's a fix for that............ I noticed the capacity/power label in the boat rated at 150 HP max. Once it get it water worthy I'll see how that 90HP works out. Previous owner (287 pounds) said he had no problem getting on plane.............we'll see if that's true. Thanks again Michael !
