I went to the merrimac on the 19th (w/ phil nh) to go fishing before my boat went into the shop for work. The river had icebergs the size of tennis courts floating down. We never got to launch. My boat went in on the 20th and I'm hoping it's back by the end of the month. I'll be out there as soon as I get it back.

Rivers were clear a couple weeks ago and the lakes looked like they were about to break free, then we got this cold snap and everything is pretty well locked up again.
Been out a bunch with mixed results. Will be heading out tomorrow- anybody want to tag along ?

Went to the Nashua River sunday. My buddy got one about 4 1/2 and I got zero. That fish made the day worthwhile though
CT river is wide open, but the boat is all torn apart and motor not running yet... hopefully i'll have it back together by the weekend... but it's my wife's birthday... maybe sometime next week i'll get on the water
