After reviewing the link I posted it looks like it gives just about everything a person would want to know except for livewell capacity ...anyways I think this has been discussed here in this fourm in the past and I "think" it was 32 gallons.

I done a little more digging around and found the live-well capacity for the Javelin 389. The 389 hull and Renegade 19 hull are identical. The 389's were in production early 90's until 98. Then in 99 it got a remodel on top cap and that's when they changed the name to Renegade 19. The Renegade line was in production 99, 00 and 01. If my memory is correct in 02 you had what they called a Stratos/Javelin series which actually a Stratos with Javelin options. In 02 Genmar bankrupt so Javelin along with Stratos and OMC (Johnson/Evinrude) were sold in a bankruptcy settlement. The company who bought Javelin/Stratos dissolved the Javelin brand but continued production with the Stratos line. In reality the last actual year for a true Javelin was 01. I may have got side tracked a little but that's pretty much the history of the Renegade 19 which is actually the same hull as a 389. The Renegade 19 weighs just a few more pounds but that is due to the deck layout. Otherwise all other specifications are the same.
