HPU/CM1 Issue

All,

I just recieved my pump back from pp and installed it tonight. Got power to the pump and turned on with the normal power on tone but the up, down, program, and light does not work at all.

I also noticed that the top cap of the hpu was not tight on one side and the screw anchor was pulled free from the main hpu housing. I am concerned because I had to pay for a lot of these parts to just get it back not working at all. All of the currently broken features on the pump were 100% operational when I first took it off.

It was originally sent due to a loud noise when raising the pump. PP replaced the board and rebuilt the pump, valves, and power wires.

Of course I got the pump back after they are gone until Tuesday.

I tried reconnecting the ribbon wire with no luck.

Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks a bunch!

1. Make sure you are connecting the ribbon cable into the correct port. I know it sounds dumb but some people try to put it into the wrong port.
2. Plug the ribbon cable in one way and try it. If it doesn not work flip it over and plug it in the otherside.
