    Fish

Bought a new Element this Spring. Had it out 5 times .Really easy to operate from one screen to the next. Like it a lot but to my knowledge I haven't marked a fish on it yet. Sure seems like I should have . On down vision I've seen a few white spots but they are very, very small. Do I have my setting wrong ? I have it on "automatic" -- Running it usually 10 to 20 feet in depth . Any suggestions ? Thanks

The Element is one of the best out there for seeing fish on side and down

I should have mentioned that the problem I'm having is with sonar--no arcs -no red indicators-just bottom

I did not see anything when researching the Element units regarding an ethernet port. Do you know whether or not you can share waypoints and sonar between the element units?

I'm the one who started this thread. I'm still not seeing fish- 9 times out. I've adjusted sensitivity, gain ,color brightness and no fish . I can't be that unlucky that there are no fish under me. I'm wondering if the transducer is set to a very narrow angle so that when fishing 10 feet deep I'm missing the fish .I don't see fish at 20 feet deep either. On the Element, can I adjust the angle ? If so, how ? I'm not smart enough to figure out how to get into that setting. Which options do I choose ? Can you help me please. thanks
