I know most of the Lowrance X48 Sonar units that came on the Sprints have died, anybody ever find anything that fit's in the dash pocket where the X48 lived as a replacement ? Or what did you do with that area ?

There is one for sale on eBay now. I have a x49 in my stratos dash and just recently the screen got sun burned, I was able to located one from a guy in Texas and swapped out. I only use it as I run as it does a nice job of keeping the bottom depth. I have a garmin side scan unit I use for shallow water

Luv'n the Humminbird ! Made the old space where the X48 was a gauge panel for water pressure and jackplate gauge, (gauges yet to be installed).

As I know, you can find some of eBay. Maybe Amazon but I am not sure.
