TH Marine Atlas Jackplate Gauge issue

I have a TH Marine Atlas Jackplate on my boat and the gauge is not working properly. The jackplate works great no issues there. The gauge has power but isn't giving any readout. The gauge just has two lines on it like (- -). Anyone had similar issues? The boat is a 2018.

I've never seen one that ever lived very long. Along with a trim gauge, gas gauge it's just something else you don't need that breaks quite often.

Check that the magnetic slide hasn’t move too far away from the sensor. Mine would turn sideways sometimes and not get a reading. I don’t remember if would show - or 0.

Well I got a simple fix worked out for it. It's getting replaced under warranty so that works! I'll keep those things in mind if it goes out again. Thanks!
