Picked up a 1992 Ranger 390V. 1999 Mercury with new power head. TOTAL restore job done. New front deck due to soft spots. Faded cap was redone in original color metal flake and clear. Seats were replaced, as well as the carpet. Gauges were next. Then I lowered the transom in the middle portion to clear the Sea Star fittings when the motor was raised. That required an aluminum cap for that section of transom. Transom was solid fiber glass. Rebuilt the trailer and put walk boards along the outside and then fabricated a ladder. All LED lighting. Disc brakes came next. First pic under car port was day I picked her up.
