    2013 175 PRO XS

S/N 1B973572 , approximately 100 hrs , will start and idle fine , went to move spots pressed hotfoot to wot and nothing much more than idle. No alarms. Got home and removed cowling and checked throttle linkage which all seem to be working correctly. Only thing could find out of the norm was the oil reservoir under hood , cap was loosened a bit. Any suggestions on what to check would be appreciated.

Any warning horn? Do you hear the horn when you first turn the key on (test-beep)?

None. And I didn’t put much thought into not hearing it , everything was good , water pressure and running wise most of day.
