My brother in law was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer about 4 years ago and given a 5% chance of making it 5 years. After a number of treatments and surgeries his cancer is classified as in remission (actually what they say is they can't find evidence of it any more) and he's doing good. He is a 5%er, and you can be a 7%er. Prayers for that!
