Just wondering if anyone is aware of a lawsuit against Bass Pro? Apparently it had something to do with document fee charges paid to TMBC during period of 1/21/2004 and 10/1/2013. I purchased my boat during that timeframe and guessing it was related to that because I received a check in the mail today that looks authentic (will have to verify it though). The below link was referenced in the accompanying letter with check.

I got mine based on my 2006 911 CDC purchase. I don't even remember the original message/letter about the lawsuit...seems like I was notified it was going on quite awhile ago. I got home from work and saw the letter.
