    Dual Elevation Drivers Seat ?

I have a 1 year old Phoenix and when I ordered it there was no such thing as the "Dual Elevation Drivers Seat ". I see now on the Phoenix site they list "Dual Elevation Drivers Seat Extra (after initial order)". Do any of you know how much this costs and how hard it is to install??

Not sure on cost, but I have it one mine. It's held in by 4 screws, so the install should be a breeze. I thought it was something totally different than what it really is. Wish I didn't waste the $ money when I built my boat.

Take a look at Bassmaster elite boats section of Bassmaster web site, they show a good photo of it on Swindle's rig. It is a drivers seat that folds up to add cushion and makes a higher seating position for running real big water. I run a lot on the great lakes so I think it might be of use to me.

Here are some pictures of it, including the mounting. In my opinion it's made more for shallow water idling, or very low on plane speed trying to avoid debris. It's not comfortable and I would never recommend using it at top speed or in any type of rough water.

It’s nice to have until you accidentally kneel on the seat the wrong way and hit those metal hinges. Talk about some pain lol.
