    lowes TEC indoor/outdoor carpet glue

    ive used this glue for my boat carpet and when the back deck got wet two of the deck pieces of carpet which is fiberglass not a metal lid the carpet came loose I have extra carpet what glue should I use?

    I used the same thing ( it even states it can be used on fiberglass that is roughed up ) when it gets wet the carpet gets sticky ( like the glue is breaking down and coming through the rubber backing.

    bassangler88 I'll give it more time, but I'm not happy with it at this point. Might end up doing whole job over.
