    Champion 210 Prop

I have a 2009 Champion 210 Elite, 2014 Mercury 250 Pro XS 2 stroke, Bobs 10" hydraulic jackplate, dual 10' Powerpoles. Currently running a 25p Tempest (runs great down south at lower elevations). I am at higher altitude here in Colorado at around 6900'. Im seeing 5000rpm WOT and about 56mph top speed. I was using the Mercury prop selector and it suggests going to a 21p. I have borrowed a 21p Trophy Plus to try out, that is all I have access to at this time. Was hoping to get some answers and other input.
Is the Merc prop selector accurate?
    What should my P2P be?
Do I need the cav ring to run the four blade?
    Thank you.

I'd test that prop, It may be OK. You might want to try a 22P Bravo1 FS or XS. You might want to take some solid PVS plugs with you fir the Trophy Plus. You may not need any.

I borrowed a 22p Tempest Plus, it had all medium plugs in. Was turning 3700rpm at holeshot and 5500 WOT @59mph.
Havent got to try the 21p Trophy Plus yet, as I dont have the cav ring for that prop.

Going to try the 21p Trophy Plus tomorrow. Right now it has all medium pvs plugs in. I just picked up a set of solid plugs. I dont have the cavitation ring, should I try the prop with current medium plugs or should I put all the solid ones in to start?

Try it like it is.... Add plugs as needed.

Ran the 21p Trophy Plus yesterday. Was over revving and having a hard time getting on plane, put 2 solid plugs in, still same issues. Plugged all holes, still struggled to get on plane and was 4500rpm. Once on plane WOT was 5650rpm and 59mph. Any advice on what to try next?
    Thanks

Havent been able to track down a Bravo 22p to test but I am going to be able to try a 23p Bravo XS later this week. What would you recommend for PVS plugs to start with? Ive got every size from solid to large. Thanks

Ran the 23p Bravo XS today. No plugs hole shot was very good. Top speed was 58 @ 5700Rpm WOT. Should I order the 22p? I dont have access to test one before purchasing. Really happy with how the was the Bravo XS performed.

22 bravo will gain you 200 rpm's but may not gain any speed but the rpm's will keep the motor from lugging. Did you test it loaded ready to fish?
