    Repower 2s to 4s

Repowering my 2018 819 pro in the next few weeks to the pro xs 4 stroke from pro xs 2 stroke
and wondering if everyone with the 4 stroke have the p2p set at, mine is currently at
3 1/8 p2p seems to be the sweet spot for my opti. I was told to keep my 24 fury 3 blade to try before changing anyone agree with that? I’m hoping my hot foot and all my gauges will work with the new motor, just curious if any one made the switch and ran into any unexpected problems?

I made the change on 2015 721 with Merc 250. Old prop was a 25 fury 3, on new motor went with 24 fury 3 with hyd. plate. Halfway through total break-in hours and ran it up to 74 mph at 5800 rpm for a short burst. Probably not going to get much more speed out of it but that's ok. So yes run the 24 and see how it works for you.

Run the 24 but you will need a 23 on the 200. I run a 24 on a 225 and would like to try a 23 fury to get my rpms up over 6k

I’m thinking this winter sending it to mark croxton to have him work on it
if I can’t get the rpms up where there supposed to be instead of buying a new 23 pitch fury.
