You really think more set back is needed with a 280?? How does it run now with whatever you carry in the boat? I'm only assuming that since you are considering a Ghost TM that your primary focus is on fishing. If that is true, then I would buy the Ghost and go have fun. You're still way faster than anything else on the water. As for handling take it slow for a while learning if the boat develpoed any quirks you need to address.
