    Monroe is HOT

Posted the other day a posting called "Monroe Twins". Went out today and absolutely slayed them , best day ever on Monroe for me. Had a 6# in boat in 15 minutes. Then got a huge fish tangled in a brush pile that we got to see real well. Probably one minute or so trying to get it untangled before it got off. He looked to be between 7 and 8. Then got 3 4# fish in the boat. Moved to another spot and landed a 7# fish. Culled between 6 or 8 that were in the 3 to 4 range. Stellar day to say the least. Pics of some of the better ones.

Friday was productive, just not like Thursday. Picked up several short fish. Did manage one 4#er. Oh yea, and this Walleye. 7# 28" long. Sorta disappointingIMG_1121.jpg to see what it was after quite a fight.

That would have been the grand prize in my boat.. I've driven 4 hours to the Maumee River for those.. What did you get him on?

Backlash625: Orange 2 3/4" Bassmaster crankbait. Same as I got all the bass on. I will try to take a pic of bait later. Have searched everywhere and not found any like it.
