No, Most that I see come available run over 50k. Their are a few old XTB's around that go from 10-15k.
I should've been more specific. For one that is 15 -20 years old.
Look on Ally Owners, a excelent XTB21 for 14-15k if I remember correctly. Think it was in Iowa.

I think the first year for a XB-21 dual console was 2003. The cheapest I have seen a XB-21 was one that Tim Powell had with no motor on it I think it was a 2008 model and he was asking 28k for it. I think that was a steal. If you are looking for a XB-21 plan on spending at least 50k. If you want to settle for something other than a XB-21 yes you can find a nice XB-2003 for 25k. Not near as good a Fishing boat the XB-21 is it is a fishing boat.
I just sold a decent shape 1995 Allison XB 2003 with a 2005 225 optimax for 13. As long as you know what your looking at you should be able to find something in your range. I’ve got a red and white xtb that I am about to put carpet in that will be for sale afterwards.
I was lucky enough to get a 2006 xb21 2+2 for under 30 last summer. The carpet isn't great, but usable (faded from the Arizona sun). The electronics were functional, but not the greatest. Changed them out. Motor is a 3 liter 225 with 275 hours. Seats and gel were in great shape. The only bad part was the drive from Virginia to Phoenix and back. Take heart, there will be another deal out there sooner or later. Now if Darris can finally get the midrange porpoise fixed on the 23 footer, I'll bet there will be a rash of XB21s available at reasonable prices. I was holding out for that to occur when my deal showed up.
I'll soon have a 2006 Prosprt with a 2013 300XS ready for sale-- it wont be a whole lot above your range.
