I took the Bass Boat Seats box and added a couple of changes. It works for me.

Finally put the finishing touches on it. Added a 12v / USB port for charging phones. Lanyard for opening the lid. And a compartment divider which also acts as a strength member when stepping on it. Had to cut the carpet on the front to access the hinge so I put a Ranger carpet logo over it to help cover up the seam. Now if the new seats would get here.

Is that the Bass Cat seat? If so what color carpet is that one?

It is the box from bassboatseats.com. It costs about $100. I painted it the color it is. I also added the carpet on top. I NEVER found it to be slippery even when wet, but it kept bugging me. As I get older things that could cause a fall get more attention than they used to. I like the step. It is very sturdy and just bolts into place. Easy peasy. That works for me. Just FYI...if I was ordering again, I would order the darker gray. The lighter gray was a little too light to suit me.

It looks good. I’m thinking of switching my middle seat out, the only time it’s used is when I sit on it to load the RT. Thanks.

I was hoping that after looking at your work for a few days that you would decide you didn't like it and then I would PM you my home address. Looks great. I wish my wife didn't like the middle seat to lay on, I'd like to have the additional storage area.

Looks good! I need to do this. I have the third seat and tired of stepping on the backrest when it's flipped down. Over time it's just going to tear it up and look terrible.

Dimensions attached. Trust me, it works GREAT. If I did it again I would take 1/2 inch off of the width.
