    You can probably use a strap wrench.

    +1... I use a smaller diameter band-wrench most of the time.

    I have found on my little 60 that the 3 jaw style that gets tighter as you run the ratchet counterclockwise works very well. Had been using the strap style prior but its pretty tight in there and wasn't much room for the shaft that the strap wraps around.
