    pitch changing ??

How much can Mark Change pitch or.......

I had Mark Put a 26 tempest back to factory spec over the winter. I finally had a chance to run it and am 400-500 RPM too High.
Can he bring the r's down 4-500??
AM I better off going up to a 27/28 and starting over?

I do have an email in to him, but in the meantime I figured I ask here.

Along the same lines, What would he do to bring the rpm down? Add cup? Add Rake? other?

Nope. He can’t get you that many rpms.

Its an analogue tach. I verified accuracy and it reads 100 high. I quoted RPM with that in mind.
I'll try a 27 and see how it does.

Not many rigs that can pull a 27 prop. It would be better if you post what boat and motor you have, actual RPM and GPS speeds, gear ratio of lower and what prop you have now.You could have a setup issue causing excessive slip. Rev limit on motor also

I believe on his website it states that an increase in one pitch will decrease rpm's by around 200. You can only go one pitch up or down.
