Okay boat came with 24P Tempest +, I have had this boat up to 57 GPS with just me, tackle, 1/2 tank of gas before I hit the rev limiter. With two people it turns over 5900 and about 53 Gps. Remember the ProXS has the 2.08:1 lower and 5200-6000 full throttle rpm's. Bought a Rubex Scorpion(Solas) 25P with me and the wife on a choppy lake from boat traffic we hit 57 but at 5400rpm. My engine is mounted on the second hole from top. The prop has a high rake and cupping and the diameter is 15 1/8. Y'all think a B+B from Mark could bump those Rpms to about 57K with two people? Test parameters was still with Tackle and a 1/2 Tank of gas. I could cruise 48-50 at 4900 which I liked a lot.

No. Might get to 5.7K though pitching down one.

25p is too big for that setup. If the 24p was on the limiter with a lighter load and turning 5900 rpms with 2 people then thats about the best you can ask for. Kindof surprising just adding one person dropped your speed that much but your rpms only by 200. I have read like the laser props the tempest isnt the greatest out of the box they do run better with some work done too them. All depends on what you want to spend. I had work done to my laser prop on the old boat. It was good before but great after.
