    Anyone been to Sangchris lately?

    We might give Sangchris a try this weekend. Anyone know water temps, water color, spawn situation?

    We went and caught a handful of small ones . Four were probably keepers but nothing big . Some were shallow in coves and some were out on points . We didn't see anything obvious as far as spawning goes but I sure think it had something to do with it .

    The big ones are tight to the cover you have to skip baits underneath the overhanging brush.
    I have done pretty well skipping a jig and the only jig I’ve found that really goes through the thick stuff is a beast coast battle flip jig with double wide weedguard.
    They have also been very picking on color so stick to your staples GP/BB what’s been working for me is brown with BB paca sr trailer.
