    Travel Ban

Is there a ban on travel between Indiana and Illinois? Was planning a fishing trip to Rend Lake on May 16th.

Nope. Travel for fishing and hiking in parks that are open is still okay.

The wall is just to keep us from running away.

Rumor has it the the wall will let people in " but you can never leave".

Hey 929, Have you checked the weather for this area lately. Suppose to be 60-80% rain Sat & Sun.

Weather was great on Sat. ( 5/16 ) until about 1:30 pm and then all hell broke loose. Had a good day bass fishing. Caught a lot of short fish and managed a couple of keepers. Stayed at the Seasons Lodge. There were a ton of crappie fisherman on the lake. We decided not to fish on Sun. because of the weather forecast. Overall it was a good trip. Thanks Illinois for the hospitality!

Glad you had a good time. BTW...there wasn't a "time of day" on that weather forecast. Sunday afternoon was worse. Now...if you want to show your appreciation...take Gov *****ster back to IN with you.
