latches repair / replacement and gauge blank

Looking for some ideas to repari the latches on my ZX 195 C.

They are the round spring loaded ones that hold the small glove box type lid and the small driver side doors closed .

Using the link of another boat I found the 6th picture starting at the left shows the 2 small compartments .

One of them is carpeted above the footrest and the other is right behind the shifter the black compartment .

Last I am looking to get a black gauge cover/ blank for the tach spot .

No sorry the latch looks a little like the one in the link below .

Mine has a different top, more of a round black button but the spring and bottom latch look pretty close .

You push and twist the top button and when you close it just push it down and twist again .
