1994 201 pro xl stratos w/ 200 Johnson venom

Hey guys I’m new to the site, I was wondering if anyone could help me with my setup, 1994 stratos 201 pro xl w/200 Johnson venom, I have engine set right at 3” below pad with a 6” max force jack plate running a 13 1/2 x 25 renegade prop. Can’t seem to get the speed that I know I should be getting , at about 5600 rpm I’m only getting 52mph at WOT I’m thinking of getting a 24 raker to get the speed up a bit, if anyone has the same set up I would love some info. Boat is not water logged has stayed in storage for 24 years an had 6 hours before I obtained it, thanks fellas

Great find & Stratos made a super boat. That boat should do 68 to 72. I had 201 pro with a 200 venom great motor but that was 25 yrs ago so I do not remember much about it. Hope someone can & will answer your questions soon.
