    Airline Stocks

Looks like Buffet announced that he sold out of all of his airline stocks at a loss. I wonder if this is going to weigh on the airline stocks next week.

I have a feeling it will. I don't think it should, but it seems like announcements like that has been what has been making stocks move a ton the last little bit. Look at TSLA on Friday. Doesn't really make much sense.

Also, junk like this isn't going to help. People are going to talk themselves into a crash. I know the economic impacts and all of that, but look at the discount some of these companies like CCl and PLAY are at currently. Personally, I don't see any need to drop any more, or even return to lows. I just get sick of reading junk like this article.

Barrons has a good article today on reopening and consumer spending. It payed out a few scenarios but said that about 20% of consumer spending is by people 65 years and older and they expect that segment to be the last to recover. A lot of different crosswinds ahead.

It will be interesting to watch the airline stocks on Monday, Buffet carries a large persuasive hammer.
Also, Giliead in the news again today, so it will be interesting to watch the affects of that too...premarket should be fun on Monday.

BA down about 6.5%. Good buys on those right now you'd think, but I don't know how much lower they could go. If BA goes back to around $100, I'll be buying.

They have flatlined on the daily chart..see if holds. If it can hang in there for couples days, I may go long on JETS....it is dang close to the recent lows.

Bought LUV at a little over 29. Didn’t think it could go much lower. I believe I saw that it is at a 6 year low. Should be a great time to buy.

Picked up some AAL today. Trying to decide on delta and SW. they are tempting. Added F today also at 4.82. Couldn’t pass it up at that price?

3 day flush rule for me on airlines, one more day to go. Then, I think I will enter the sector via the JETS etf....long play for sure.

Short perentage increase/decrease, effective at close of business 5/4/2020.
    AAL plus 48%
    DAL minus 9%
    LUV minus 13%

Dang, they are piling on AAL.

That's rough on AAL. How much lower can they go? I think this selloff now is just due to Buffett saying he sold, which is really annoying. I get tired of people trying to copy the big shots with their trades. I don't blame you a bit on the 3 day flush. Maybe they'll go deep green tomorrow.
