I currently have a Weber gas grill and it is time for a new one. My son mentioned getting a flat top grill since he thought it would be more versatile. Anyone have a flat top grill? How does it do with steaks, seafood etc.? My big concern is I am in South Florida where it is humid most of the year and was worried about the cooking surface rusting. I was also concerned that it would be a pain to clean up. I was looking at some of the Blackstone grills.
