    That fog is not joke! Sometimes you have to run along the bank just on plane and watch for logs out a little deeper, or worse yet a barge that has nosed in on the bank.

    I know a few of them places those guys were fishing.

    Some of the comments were hilarious..worse fishery ever..lol...welcome to the Ohio River.

    Been there done that with the fog, to the point I questioned my sanity. Nothing more nerve wracking than not being able to see then hear the loud horn of a barge.

    Before we had GPS my old fishing buddy and I did a big half circle in the fog one morning and started going back the way we came. I told him to stop and why was we going back up current. He said we ain't. We are going down river still. We finally pulled to the bank were I could prove he was pointing the wrong way and now going up current. We still joke about that one.
