    203 trolling motor shaft length?

    what shaft length ultrex will work best on a 203?

    I just installed a Lowrance Ghost 47" trolling motor on my 2000 Champion 203 Elite it works fine no problem. I always used the Motor guide 50inch shaft length but the Ghost works just fine even when it gets windy and shitty

    I have a 45 on my 202 and it is fine unless you’re fishing in chop then I wish I had 52.

    It needs a 52" all day long. When pleasure boat wakes of any decent size cross you... you'll be a big top water bait till it settles and forget about rough water. Go 52" if you can.
