Headed to Table Rock next week

Can’t wait to get out and about.
Looking at homes to buy, golf and fishing.
Forecast is a little rainy.
Finally finished refurbishing the house after 2 1/2 months.
Got the boat back last week after 5 weeks in the shop.
I am chomping at the bit to get on the water

We did the same thing last year and purchased a place near Shell Knob. This area may not have as much town and action as Kimberling City area but the water is much calmer. Good luck with your search.

2 solid days of house hunting Branson, Nixa, Ozark, Reeds Springs, Springfield, Lampe.
Restaurants are back open.
Breakfast at Ma’s (nonsmoking section) was great. First time to eat at a restaurant again.
Haircut by Charlie in Kimberling city-no waiting!
Fishing was slow for what little I got to do.
Last evening before the storm fishing was good. Up on the banks chasing minnows.
Shut down this morning with the cold front arriving.
Back on the road to Tulsa.

I highly recommend Famous Ribs in old downtown Branson. Baby backs were already out of stock at 5:30 so spare ribs it was and they were great. My wife loved them too. Fast and good. These folks have it down.

I haven’t heard of Oscars famous Ribs but I will have to try them. I’m there all the time. Had Gettin Basted last weekend there and there Moo Burger was heaven on a bun.

I will gave that burger a try.
We had one at Hardee’s which was pretty dang good for a fast food restaurant. Charbroiled and lots of flavor.

There is a new place in Kimberling City called Pop's Smoke shack. I had it a couple times when I was down getting my new motor put on. It is across the road from Ma's in that little strip mall like area.

The lake is absolutely on fire with it coming up like it is. Slayed them today. Such a good healthy population of fish.
