Restoring Pops 1994 Javelin

My Dad recently gave me his 94 Javelin and before I can start taking my son to all his old “Honey Holes” I’ve got a lot of work to do I mean like a complete restoration!
The only thing that’s I good shape is the motor! Thank God! The motor is a 1996 Evinrude that runs like a top. The only thing electrical that works is the Key switch,
none of the wire harness or stray wires are connected to the switch panel or gauges,
If any one can point me in the right direction that would be great. All I know is the boat measure almost 19 Feet so I’m guessing it’s considered a 18 foot boat. I don’t have any way of knowing what the model is because when I looked up the Hull ID# it says it’s a 1994 “Stratos”🤦*♂️ But the paper work and the Decals on it says Javelin,
with no series decals. 🤷*♂️ Any info is greatly appreciated!!

If it's almost 19' then it's a 389. I believe it's actually 18'9". I had a '94 389 and it was an awesome boat. I never really messed with my wiring, other than adding graphs and replacing some switches. Post some pics. There are a lot of previous/current 389 owners on here that can help identify and provide info.
