Onix owners pros/cons?

Have a Onix 10 unit for sale nearby me that seems like a great upgrade from my Helix 7...so like the title says...also, Wayne if you happen to see this post, what SI TM transducer would I need for this unit? Thanks guys!

IF the ONIX is the SI model, you use the included transom transducer on the trolling motor with an adapter. I used the Transducer Shield and Saver bracket when I had the ONIX 10 SI at the bow.

Pros: Touchscreen. Adjustability.

They actually did make a non-touch screen Onix. I had 3 Onix units and sold the boat with them to a buddy - was just out on his boat the other day tweaking the setting - fantastic images, they are great units.

Mine was a good unit and never had any problems with it but I always wished the screen was a little brighter.

I have an Onix 8 si at dash with a 798 si in dash and a onix 10 si up front with trans on a pole mounted on trolling motor slide plate and an 859 di on bottom of the trolling motor and they are great units

I got the NT model as soon as it came out, did not want the CT model.

The Onix touch screen is OK but around the outside edge it is hard to get some of the items to activate. Bob
