    My "New 1997 Ranger"

    Hi everyone, I have attached several photos of my "New" 1997 Ranger R82. The gel coat was very tired, faded and had several condition issues before it
    was restored last week. I want to give a huge thanks to Ted Boyette for his skill and craftsmanship in restoring my boat and motor. It looks as good as the day I bought it, if
    not better.

    Whew, that is nice work!

    Ted - who would you recommend for a gel coat repair? Hair line crack along a chine, obviously below water line. I think it occurred before or during structural rebuilding I had done a couple of years ago and wasn't seen because it was behind the stands when it was off the trailer and is behind a bunk when on the trailer. I'm confident it's superficial only, should not require a deep repair since the boat had been totally gutted and rebuilt. Auto Marine? Others?
