Had a chance to get out yesterday with my new Mega 360...this thing is incredible! I was trying to cursor to brush piles that I found to lay down a waypoint and when I pressed the mark button..the unit just beeps and does not mark it????
I am running a Helix 10 g3 mega+; connected only to the Mega 360 and no heading sensor. Do I need a HS to be able to mark waypoints? Any suggestions?

You need a heading sensor to mark and view waypoints on the 360 view with both generations of 360.
It can be the Humminbird AS GPS HS or Minnkota iPilot LINK.
