Yes you can do it. Kind of like a pork loin. Both are very lean and need to be watched carefully to avoid drying them into cardboard. 235-250 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours gets it to 135 or so. I use a water tray. Not much prep to do. Cracked pepper and maybe garlic powder for a rub. Keep an eye on the internal temp!
