Me and pops finally got out to Patoka yesterday for a little social distancing. With everything going on, this only my second time out this year. Felt good to get out and stretch the string a little. Few of our buddies got out with us for a little friendly competition. Me and pops ended up getting the "W" with a nice limit that weighed 19.46. Even got a little bonus Hybrid action to boot!! Fun day.

Not at all. We docked at Newton Stewart north. Besides our 5 boats there was maybe 3 other trucks in the lot. There’s a few boats out there, but nothing like a normal weekend day in April. It was nice out there tooOriginally Posted by repdept

It’s a little stained on that end. About perfect I think. Up around painter on the main lake the water is too clear for my liking. I stayed on the dirtier end.
I fished hard for 6 hours 1 bite 1 fish but she was a fatty.
Great day... Heading down for 3 days next week. We rented a floating cabin and was wondering what the conditions might be. Tight lines to all.
