I have been fishing almost every weekend, but I am also a new pilot and I have been building time. My work at home schedule and the availability of planes right now has really allowed me to get in some time.

Rebuilding dirtbikes and engines here the last few years. I rebuilt my best friends honda cr250r as a tribute to him, a 2007 ktm 105sx basket case, my 2001 ktm 300mxc is my last one I did. I am looking for parts for a 1977 husky 400 and a 1977 maico aw250 to do next.

Playing in my little pro-street car.

I got to watch Walt Garrison and 'Ol Man Harvey whittle here in Irving. Those two were the first ones I ever seen that could do what you have there. The balls in a cage deal just left me scratching my head. What a great talent man! Do you sell your things anywhere? Totally awesome!

I am typically hunting if I’m not fishing. This year has been a little different. Between a new job, getting house ready to sell (that’s been a disaster), and moving, I haven’t had time for any extracurricular activities. Haven’t even had a chance to fish.

I totally forgot about Walt doing this.

No. Never sold anything. I continously have some working. But give them away. I put someone's name on them before I start.

100cc Yamaha kart engines. Wet oil-bath single speed clutches. These are 1987 and 1989 chassis that run Vintage class. There is a Vintage Karting Assn that holds events all over the USA for karts and engines that are 1989 or older. Loads of fun for us older guys wanting to re-live our childhoods. I rebuilt both of these from the ground up. One was in pretty sorry condition, the other was fair. Hardest part of this is finding these older chassis as most are gone to the salvage pile.
