    pork butt old smokey

    Have a pork butt 4 lbs. How long in my old smokey and what temp.

    About 1.5 hrs per pound at 225-250 but that is an estimate. Its done when its done and will hit a plateau for a while maybe even drop in temp a little. Once it hits about 165 put it in a pan with some juice and wrap with foil. I like a finished temp arpund 200 for pulled and a little less for slices.
